Hi, my name is Jackie, and I am certified as a Prime Time Health Coach under the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
“You are what you eat!” I used to think it was funny – now I know it’s true.
I hope you’re not in the last group.
There is a lot of information out there in books and online to document the fact that your lifestyle, the food you eat, your activity level, and your attitude can positively or negatively affect your health. If you take the time to look, it’s out there.
As a Health Coach, my job is to help support you on your journey to get healthier and feel better. I am not a doctor or a nurse, or a nutritionist. I am your cheerleader and support group.
My husband and I have found natural remedies that take care of the normal aches and pains of aging, and help us feel good without the medications that most folks our age are taking. We prefer to spend our money on natural, wholesome real food, rather than doctors and prescription medication. Our mission is “helping you feel better – naturally!”
Changing your lifestyle doesn’t mean throwing out everything you’ve been doing and starting completely over. It starts with Baby Steps – making small changes in the foods you buy, your activity level, your attitude and making those small changes habits. It means learning how to read ingredient labels, learning which fats are good for you (yes, some fats are good for you), and slowly changing your eating habits as you notice how much better you feel. Over time, you will start craving the real food your body needs to be healthy and vibrant!
You can spend hours a day pouring through the thousands of articles online about healthy lifestyle and food, or you can work with a health coach that will provide targeted information for you and your issues.
Come aboard and we’ll work together!
